- Arrival is possible between 2:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
- On the departure day, the pitch must be vacated between 8:00 AM and 11:00 AM,rental properties by 10:00 AM.
- Late check-out for pitches: A late departure after 2:00 PM is possible on request for € 20.00.
- Early check-in for pitches: An early arrival in the morning is possible on request for € 20.00.
- The reception/gate is closed between 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM.
- Dogs are not permitted.
Bookings and cancellations of pitches
- Please enquire by 2 days before the arrival date via the contact form or book ONLINE.
- Arrivals are only possible with received booking confirmation.
- Free cancellation up to 10 days before arrival, thereafter a 20% cancellation fee.
Booking of holiday homes and rental caravans
- Please book by 5 days before the arrival date. Holiday homes can be booked for stays of 5 nights or more in July and August, rental caravans for stays of 3 nights or more. Please make enquiries via the contact form or book ONLINE.Pets are not permitted in the holiday homes or rental caravans.
- Once a booking has been made, a deposit of 30% of the total cost is due. Only then can a reservation be confirmed.
Cancellations for holiday cottages and hire caravans
A cancellation for the holiday cottages and hire caravans must be received by us at least 14 days before the start of the holiday. Please note that a cancellation fee will be charged, namely for
- cancellation up to 30 days before the start 10 %
- cancellation up to 14 days before the start 20 % and
- cancellation thereafter 30 %
of the booked service, which will be deducted from the deposit amount when a refund is made.
