The protection of your personal data is a particular concern for us. We therefore process your data exclusively on the basis of legal provisions. In these data protection information, we inform you about the most important aspects of data processing within the scope of our website.

General

The following notes provide a simple overview of what happens to your personal data when you visit this website. Personal data is any data by which you can be personally identified. Detailed information on the subject of data protection can be found in our data protection declaration listed below this text.

Data collection on this website

Your data is collected, on the one hand, by you communicating it to us. This can, for example, be data that you enter in a contact form. Other data is collected automatically or after your consent when visiting the website by our IT systems. This is mainly technical data (e.g. internet browser, operating system or time of the page call). This data is collected automatically as soon as you enter this website.

What do we use your data for?

Some of the data is collected to ensure the fault-free provision of the website. Other data can be used to analyse your user behaviour.

What rights do you have regarding your data?

At any time, you have the right to free information about the origin, recipient and purpose of your stored personal data. You also have the right to request the correction or deletion of this data. If you have given your consent to data processing, you can revoke this consent at any time for the future. You also have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data in certain circumstances. Furthermore, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent supervisory authority. You can contact us at any time for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of data protection.

Hosting

We host the content of our website with the following provider:

Cookis GmbH
Franz-Xaver-Rennstraße 4
6460 Imst
info@cookis.at
Telephone: +43 5412 21346

This website is hosted externally. The personal data collected on this website is stored on the servers of the host/hosts. This may be in particular IP addresses, contact requests, meta and communication data, contract data, contact data, names, website accesses and other data generated via a website. The external hosting is carried out for the purpose of fulfilling the contract vis-à-vis our potential and existing customers (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR) and in the interest of a secure, fast and efficient provision of our online offer by a professional provider (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR).

If consent has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG, insofar as the consent includes the storage of cookies or the access to information in the terminal device of the user (e.g. device fingerprinting) within the meaning of the TDDDG. The consent can be revoked at any time. Our host/hosts will only process your data to the extent necessary to fulfil their service obligations and will follow our instructions with regard to this data.

Contact form

If you send us enquiries via the contact form, your details from the enquiry form including the contact details you provided there will be stored by us for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. We do not pass on this data without your consent.

The processing of the data entered in the contact form is based exclusively on your consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR). You can revoke this consent at any time. For this purpose, an informal communication by e-mail to us is sufficient. The legality of the data processing operations carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

The data entered by you in the contact form remains with us until you request us to delete it, revoke your consent to the storage or the purpose for the data storage ceases to apply (e.g. after your request has been processed). Mandatory statutory provisions - in particular retention periods - remain unaffected.

Cookies

Our websites use so-called "cookies". Cookies are small data packets and do not cause any damage to your terminal device. They are either stored temporarily for the duration of a session (session cookies) or permanently (permanent cookies) on your terminal device. Session cookies are automatically deleted at the end of your visit. Permanent cookies remain stored on your terminal device until you delete them yourself or until an automatic deletion by your web browser takes place. Cookies can originate from us (first-party cookies) or from third-party companies (so-called third-party cookies). Third-party cookies enable the integration of certain services of third-party companies within websites (e.g. cookies for handling payment services). Cookies have different functions. Many cookies are technically necessary, as certain website functions would not work without them (e.g. the shopping cart function or the display of videos). Other cookies can be used to evaluate user behaviour or for advertising purposes.

Cookies that are necessary for the performance of the electronic communication process, for the provision of certain functions expressly requested by you (e.g. for the shopping cart function) or for the optimisation of the website (e.g. cookies for measuring the web audience) (necessary cookies) are stored on the basis of Art. 6 para. 1 lit. f GDPR, unless another legal basis is specified.

The website operator has a legitimate interest in the storage of necessary cookies for the technically error-free and optimised provision of its services. If consent to the storage of cookies and comparable recognition technologies has been requested, the processing is carried out exclusively on the basis of this consent (Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a GDPR and § 25 para. 1 TDDDG); the consent can be revoked at any time.

You can configure your browser in such a way that you are informed about the setting of cookies and only allow cookies in individual cases, exclude the acceptance of cookies for certain cases or in general and activate the automatic deletion of cookies when closing the browser. When cookies are deactivated, the functionality of this website may be restricted.

Web analysis via Google Analytics

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Google Analytics. Google Analytics is provided to us by Google Ireland Limited (Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland). Google processes the data on website usage on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data processed. Cookies are used for this purpose, which enable an analysis of the use of the website by your users. The information generated in this way is transmitted to the server of the respective provider and stored there.

You can prevent this by configuring your browser so that no cookies are stored. Your IP address is recorded, but immediately pseudonymised by deleting the last eight bits. This makes only a rough localisation possible.

The data processing is carried out on the basis of the legal provisions of § 96 para. 3 TKG as well as Art. 6 para. 1 lit. a (consent) and/or f (legitimate interest) of the GDPR.

Our concern in the sense of the GDPR (legitimate interest) is the improvement of our offer and our website. As the privacy of our users is important to us, the user data is pseudonymised.

Web analysis via Matomo

Our website uses functions of the web analysis service Matomo. Matomo processes the data on website usage on our behalf and is contractually obliged to take measures to ensure the security and confidentiality of the data processed. Matomo runs on the servers of Cookis GmbH, 6460 Imst, Franz Xaver Rennstraße 4 (Bakehouse customers).

Google Maps - Privacy Policy for Use

We integrate Google Maps on our website to display interactive maps and to facilitate access. When calling up the map contents, data can be transmitted to Google (in particular IP address, device/browser data, possibly location data if you release them). Transfer to third countries: A transfer to third countries (e.g. USA) cannot be ruled out; appropriate guarantees are ensured if necessary. Further information can be found in Google's privacy notices: https://policies.google.com/privacy.

SSL encryption

This page uses SSL encryption for security reasons and to protect the transmission of confidential content, such as enquiries you send to us as the site operator. You can recognise an encrypted connection by the fact that the address line of the browser changes from "http://" to "https://" and by the lock symbol in your browser line. If SSL encryption is activated, the data you transmit to us cannot be read by third parties.

Embedding of YouTube videos

We integrate videos from the YouTube platform on our website (service of the Google group of companies). When you call up a page with an embedded YouTube video, personal data (e.g. IP address, device/browser information, possibly cookies/online identifiers) may be transmitted to YouTube/Google and processed there, depending on the integration and your settings. Further information can be found in Google's privacy notices: https://www.google.de/intl/de/policies/privacy

Online booking on our website

For online booking, we use the booking system "c1:manager" of Jawigo GmbH ("booking service provider"). In the course of the booking, in particular master and contact data, travel data, booking/service data as well as any voluntary information/remarks are processed in order to initiate the reservation and to process the contract. The booking service provider generally processes data as a processor on our behalf in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR (corresponding contract for order processing).

Payment service provider Paypal

If you pay during the online booking process, the payment processing is handled by PayPal. The provider in Europe is PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A. The privacy policy for this is executed directly in the booking process during the payment process.

ISSUU - Privacy Policy for Use

On our pages, functions of the ISSUU service are integrated. These functions are offered by Issuu, Inc., 131 Lytton Ave, Palo Alto, CA 94301, USA. With the Issuu service, you can connect documents with other users of the Issuu service community on the Internet, collaborate, share and mix. We would like to point out that as the provider of the pages, we have no knowledge of the content of the data transmitted or its use by ISSUU. Further information on this can be found in Issuu Inc.'s privacy policy at https://issuu.com/legal/privacy

Camping Christophorus App

We offer our own mobile app ("Camping Christophorus"), which, among other things, provides information, offers and tips for your stay as well as – depending on the scope of functions – enables contact/chat, booking functions and push notifications. When using the app, personal data is processed depending on the functions you use (e.g. usage/interaction data, messages/contents when contacting/chat, possibly location data, as well as diagnostic data such as crash and performance data).

The app is provided via Apple App Store and Google Play Store; in this context, Apple and Google process data under their own responsibility (e.g. for download/billing/store operation). Information on the app provider/developer can be found in the respective store entries.

Guest survey \ Quality management (iiQ-Check)

In order to obtain feedback and to improve our offer, we occasionally send out a rating/feedback questionnaire via the service "iiQ-Check" of ConsultiiQ GmbH, Spitalstraße 1, D-38640 Goslar ("iiQ-Check") after your stay. In this context, contact and booking data (e.g. name, e-mail address, stay period/reservation reference) as well as the ratings and free text entries you make in the questionnaire are processed, if necessary. The purpose is to evaluate satisfaction, internal quality assurance and – if offered – to derive measures for improvement.

iiQ-Check generally processes the data on our behalf as a processor in accordance with Art. 28 GDPR; the evaluation results are made available to us. Further information on data processing by iiQ-Check can be found in their privacy policy: https://www.iiq-check.de/datenschutz

Chatbot "Chris" (Bakehouse Chat)

Our website integrates the chatbot "Chris" (Bakehouse Chat). The provider and responsible for the content is Cookis GmbH, Franz-Xaver-Rennstraße 4, 6460 Imst, Austria ("Bakehouse/Cookis"). When using the chatbot, we or the service provider process the content you enter (your chat messages) as well as technical usage data (e.g. time of use, possibly IP address, device/browser information) in order to answer your request, to provide the service and to improve the quality. The data generated in the chat is processed exclusively within the EU and is not passed on to third parties. Chat contents are only stored as long as is necessary for processing and quality assurance and are subsequently deleted or anonymised.

Your rights

You are generally entitled to the rights of information, rectification, erasure, restriction, data portability, revocation and objection. If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law or that your data protection claims have otherwise been violated in any other way, you can lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority. As a rule, you can contact the supervisory authority of your usual place of residence or workplace or the place of the alleged infringement for this purpose, if the data subject believes that the processing of the personal data concerning him or her is in breach of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

Revocation of your consent to data processing

Many data processing operations are only possible with your express consent. You can revoke an already given consent at any time. The legality of the data processing carried out until the revocation remains unaffected by the revocation.

Right of appeal to the competent supervisory authority

In the event of breaches of the GDPR, those affected have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority, in particular in the Member State of their habitual residence, their place of work or the place of the alleged infringement. The right of appeal is without prejudice to any other administrative or judicial remedy.

Right to data portability

You have the right to have data which we process on the basis of your consent or in fulfilment of a contract handed over to you or to a third party in a common, machine-readable format. If you request the direct transfer of the data to another controller, this will only be done insofar as it is technically feasible.

Information, rectification and deletion

Within the framework of the applicable legal provisions, you have the right at any time to free information about your stored personal data, its origin and recipient and the purpose of the data processing and, if applicable, a right to correction or deletion of this data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose and for further questions on the subject of personal data.

Right to restriction of processing

You have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data. You can contact us at any time for this purpose. The right to restrict processing exists in the following cases:

  • If you dispute the accuracy of your personal data stored with us, we usually need time to verify this. For the duration of the review, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.
  • If the processing of your personal data was/is unlawful, you can request the restriction of data processing instead of erasure.
  • If we no longer need your personal data, but you need it to exercise, defend or assert legal claims, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data instead of erasure.
  • If you have lodged an objection pursuant to Art. 21 para. 1 GDPR, a balancing of your and our interests must be carried out. As long as it is not yet established whose interests prevail, you have the right to request the restriction of the processing of your personal data.

If you have restricted the processing of your personal data, these data - with the exception of their storage - may only be processed with your consent or for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims or for the protection of the rights of another natural or legal person or for reasons of important public interest of the European Union or a Member State.
